Description

Folios 213-214: Charles Vinicombe Penrose, Sea Fencibles, Padstow. Reports that he thinks there a considerable number of boys of the age and description signified in their late order to enter H.M. Service might be procured if he was able to state in his hand bills:- wages, [?], provisions etc. such are allowed for each class. He requests to know if this is allowed.
