Folios 211-212: Charles Pengelly, HMS Eijderen, Chatham. Reports that Lieutenant David Latimer St. Claire whom your letter dated 7 July 1808 signified had been appointed to HMS Endymion has not yet joined. As HMS Endymion has no Lieutenant on board he requests the appointment of Lieutenant Richard Fegan late of HMS Sceptre.
