Folios 380-381: John Perkins, Arundel Street, [London]. Due to an absence of 20 years from his native climate, the greater part of that time in HM service in the West Indies, his health is in a weak state. He is advised of the risks of the approaching winter in this country. Asks for leave to return to Jamaica for the benefit of his health, where he will be able to offer his services.
