Asks for directions that the Supernumeraries lent from HMS Zealand and HMS Ceres for helping navigate from Sheerness to the Humber may be borne as part of the ship's complement. Requests that the Regulating Officer at Hull may be allowed to send new raised men to HMS Vulture to complete her crew.
