Folios 174-175: Wiliam Peake, HMS Aetna, Deptford. He has been appointed to command HMS Aetna. Asks for her Lieutenant to be appointed.
Folios 176-177: enclosure with folios 174-175. Letter dated 26 January 1807 from John Lake, HMS Surinam, at sea, to William Marsden, Admiralty. Lieutenant John Ross has been appointed to HMS San Josef and Lieutenant William Love Paterson has been dismissed by Court Martial. Asks for Officers to be appointed in their place.
