Folios 142-143: Richard William Parker, Barbados. He arrived there in order to join HMS Rainbow, but on producing his orders to Rear Admiral Sir Alexander Cochrane he told him there was no vessel of that name on the Leeward Islands station, nor does he know of any such. Asks for directions how and where he is to join her.
