Folios 179-180: Francis Pickmore, HMS Ramillies, Cawsand Bay. Writes on behalf of Carpenters' Mate William Littlepage, who is unable to receive his pay. Carpenter John White was given leave to testify before a committee of the House of Commons shortly before HMS Ramillies was sent to Barbadoes, where Rear Admiral Alexander Cochrane gave Mr Littlepage a warrant as acting Carpenter. Asks for an order allowing him to dispense with having to pass accounts for stores before he can draw his pay.
