Folios 164-165: John Phillimore, HMS Cormorant, Grimsby Roads. Returns David Muir's indenture and reports that when Mr Jones, the Master, examined it aboard the Henry, that ship's Master could not tell him who the people were who had signed the indenture, but that a great many men from Shetland had indentures with the same signatures. The Henry made sail for Hoseley Bay before there was any opportunity of returning Muir once his indenture had been examined aboard HMS Cormorant.
