Folios 161-162: John Phillimore, HMS Cormorant, Grimsby Roads. Reports that David Muir was impressed by the Master in the Swin on 8 March from the Henry because his indenture appeared to be irregular. He has since volunteered.
Folio 163: enclosed with folios 161-162. Letter dated 2 May 1806 from L Noel, London, to the Admiralty. Seeks the discharge of David Muir, apprentice to ship owner Mr Row of Newcastle, who was impressed by an officer of HMS Cormorant from aboard the Henry in March.
