Description

Folios 136-137: Francis Pender, HMS Ocean, Spithead. Reports that his belongings, which were left behind at Plymouth when he was paid off in HMS Royal Sovereign, still have not reached him. Asks whether he could ask the commander of HMS Gannet to look in at Plymouth to pick them up on his way to Falmouth, or alternatively whether he could sent the Gannet direct to Plymouth and send HMS Merlin to Falmouth to collect any vessels for the West India convoy.
