Folios 332-333: George Parker, HMS Stately, Downs. James Mason was impressed but was discharged as soon as soon as his case was stated so he asks that the Admiralty write to the solicitors to put a stop to the case against Parker.
Folios 334-335: enclosure with folios 332-333. Letter dated 18 June 1805 by William Hoskins, 18 Jewry Street, London. Cornelius Flower owner of the Swan of Trent for the loss of his apprentice James Mason while he was detained aboard HMS Stately.
