Folios 216-217: Henry Powlett, HMS Terrible, Cawsand Bay. Is sending a letter from the Purser Mr Harris. He is a diligent and intelligent Officer but his health is very poor.
Folios 218-219: enclosure with folios 216-217. Letter dated 30 March 1805 by George Harris, HMS Terrible. The paralytic afflictions he suffers from mean he can no longer serve aboard after 27 years' service. He hopes he can be appointed to a ship of equal rate in Ordinary or building.
