Description

Folios 200-201: Shuldham Peard, Sea Fencibles, Fowey. He has seen Lieutenant Warren as ordered on 1 July 1805 and believes him unfit for service at sea.

Folio 202: enclosure with folios 200-201. Letter dated 16 July 1805 by James Nankivell, Wadebridge Surgeon and William Sudys J.P. Cornwall. They certify that John Warren is unfit for service at sea because of stricture of gout and an ulcer.
