Folios 168-169: Richard Poulden, Regulating Officer, Whitby Rendezvous. States the case of George Calvert, Mate, the Brothers, who was impressed.
Folios 170-171: enclosed with folios 168-169. Letter dated 20 April 1805 by Thomas Ferguson, George Yard , Lombard Street to the Admiralty. Encloses 2 affidavits of Thomas Youens, Master, the Brothers and the articles belonging to the Brothers. Asks for George Calvert to be discharged.
Folios 172-173: enclosed with folios 168-169. Affidavit dated 17 April 1805 by Thomas Youens before Richard Morrisom, Justice of the Peace, North Riding. Oath by Thomas Youens, Master, the Brothers of Newcastle, which is in the dock at Whitby, that Goerge Calvert was Mate of the said ship and was impressed on 16 April whilst working on board. Notwithstanding repeated applications for George Calvert's discharge to Captain Poulden, Regulating Officer, Whitby, he refuses to give him his liberty.
