Requests to allow that the Guns that are being sent on board HMS Amelia to be of the small kind (eight feet) and that she may have all Carronades on the Quarter Deck and Forecastle except the two Case Guns. Before he ventured to request this he ascertained that there are insufficient quantity of Guns of the above description and of Carronades at Woolwich Warren,
