Folios 211-212: William Allen Proby, HMS Amelia, off Flushing. In obedience to orders from Rear Admiral Bartholomew Samuel Rowley he encloses the Sea Fencibles Certificate of Charles Cox & Captain Charles Montagu Fabian's letter.
Folios 213-214: enclosure with folios 211-212. Letter dated 19 January 1804 by Charles Montagu Fabian, [Sea Fencibles], Deal, to the Admiralty. States that Charles Cox one of the Sea Fencibles under his command has been pressed and is now on HMS Amelia.
