Folios 271-272: William Prowse, HMS Sirius, Kingroad. Asked Captain Barker to assist the impress at Bristol. Reports a riot when the mob tried to liberate the men Lieutenant Norman had impressed who were being held at 1st Regiment of Dragoons guardroom. The Marines fired shots and boy killed. Civil authorities issued a warrant for Lieutenant Norman and a marine who are detained. Cannot currently report on their examination.
