Folio 256: enclosed in folios 252-253. Letter dated 24 October 1803 by William Halliburton, Affidavit at Lambert Street, Middlesex, signed H. Reynolds. William Halliburton, Master, Neptune smack of Berwick says John Hall apprentice 21 May 1801 was impressed by HMS Amelia who ignored his protection 6 June 1803.
