Folios 242-243: Granville Proby, HMS Amelia. Gave Captain Mansfield, HMS Minotaur four tons of water and a lighter full from Dover after being asked on his arrival from Portsmouth. He took the pilot out of HMS Minerva and will attempt to leave when the weather moderates. The other pilot is on shore and refuses to come on board. Spoke with the Master Warden and requests they obtain an answer.
