Folios 183-184: d'Arcy Preston, Regulating Captain, Whitby. Encloses weekly return [no longe present]. Has sent details of the forces available to the Duke of Leeds, Lord Lieutenant asking he doesn't alter the establishment. unless authorised by the Secretary of State.
Folio 185: enclosed in folios 183-184. Letter dated 25 August 1803 by Captain Richard Poulden, Whitby, to Lord Mulgrave. Acknowledges letter about Peter Hill. Says he cannot give him the name of the informant.
