Folios 390-391: William Pierrepont, Liverpool. Encloses letters which has received from HRH Lieutenant General Prince William Frederick, Commander in Chief of District in which he resides as Commander of the Sea Fencibles.
Folios 392-393: enclosure with folios 390-391. Letter dated 17 November 1803 from Lieutenant Colonel George Cooke, St Domingo to Captain Pierrepont. States that Lieutenant General Prince William has ordered that he send him a copy of a letter from Mr Foster, Secretary to the Committee of Defence in Liverpool. HRH requests he make the necessary application for the supply of guns, ammunition and stores for the gun vessels.
Folios 394-395: enclosure with folios 390-391. Letter dated 16 November 1803 from John Foster, Secretary, Committee Room, Brunswick Street to Captain Curry. Requests that he acquaint HRH Prince William Frederick that the Committee has contracted for four new stout gun vessels and gives the specifications. Requests that guns, ammunition and stores are available in one month.
