Folios 380-381: William Pierrepont, Liverpool. Encloses list of 1186 names (not with letter) of persons who have enrolled themselves to serve as Sea Fencibles. About 400 have been formed into companies and the remainder will be done as soon as possible. All the Lieutenants appointed to serve at Liverpool, with the exception of Lieutenant Peak and the Captains, have joined.
