Due to the great distances some of their musters are from others and men being unable to only attend on Saturdays and Sundays thinks another Lieutenant or officer of higher rank should be located between Portneath and New Key. There are 173 Fencibles who are at two different posts about 10 miles apart by Lieutenant Jones. New Key beig about 14 miles west of Padstow.
