Folios 343-344: Charles Vinicombe Penrose, St Ives. There being no post from St Ives on Mondays meant he could not let the Admiralty know of his arrival yesterday morning. He found Captain Oughton and Lieutenants Jones and Julian. Lieutenant Jones having arrived on 20th, the othesr now. Acknowledges receipt of duplicate of his order and instructions.
