Description

Folios 341-342: Charles Vinicombe Penrose, Ethy, Lostwithiel. Has that day received his appointment to command the Sea Fencibles from Lands End to Hartland Point and will immediately set out for St Ives. Only now received as orders sent to his address at time of his application.
