Folios 334-335: John Penegelly, HMS Pegasus, Portsmouth. Confirms arrival at Portsmouth with HMS William, Abundance and Pandour, the transports having on board troops from Gibraltar, together with trade from there. HMS Tourterelle had on board 63rd Regiment, sailed from Gibraltar and parted on 29 July for Cork with trade bound for north and east. Encloses list of ships which sailed under his convoy (not with letter) and Defects and State of the Pegasus.
