Description

Folios 288-289: Edward Pellew, London. Having been ordered by Admiral Sir John Colpoys to attend the Board in London requests an order for re-imbursement of expenses for journey to and from Plymouth.

Folio 290: enclosure with folios 288-289. Order dated 11 September 1803 of Admiral Sir John Colpoys, HMS Salvador de Mundo, Hamoaze to Captain Sir Edward Pellow. Directing him to go immediately to London to attend the Board.
