Folios 234-235: Henry Paulet, Bath. Replying to Admiralty letter of 6 February with regard to the conduct of Andrew Bernie, Pilot. States that whilst he served under his command he was diligent, sober and an excellent pilot for the French coast. He formerly commanded a ship and believes he is entitled to any indulgence which may be shown him.
