Folios 201-202: Charles William Paterson, Chapel Street, Portland Place. Replying to Admiralty letter of 22 February confirms that during time Piere Michaun served as Pilot on HMS San Fiorenzo in the blockade of Havre de Grace he was in his opinion "equal to his duty as Pilot". Believes he deserves the indulgence he requests.
