Folios 352-353: Shuldham Peard, HMS Audacious, Spithead. Reports his arrival in HMS Audacious and enclose a copy of Vice Admiral Charles Morice Pole last order; the dispatches therein mentioned [not present] and his Journal.
Folios 354-357: enclosure with folios 352-353. Journal of the Preceding's of HMS Audacious Shuldham Peard Esq. Captain between 18 September 1801 & 2 October 1801.
Folio 358: enclosure with folios 352-353. Letter dated 18 September 1801 by Admiral Charles Morice Pole, HMS Saint George, off Cadiz, to Shuldham Peard, HMS Audacious. Orders to proceed to Spithead and send the accompanying dispatches by post to the secretary of the Admiralty.
