Folios 348-349: Richard Peacocke, HMS Arab. [His Agent] - Thomas Maude, Downing Street, Westminster. Covering letter for the enclosed Duplicate Commission from Rear Admiral John Thomas Duckworth appointing Captain Richard Peacocke to Command HMS Arab on the death of Captain James Bradley of HMS Andromeda.
Folios 350-351: enclosure with folios 348-349. Letter dated 4 June 1801 by Rear Admiral John Thomas Duckworth, Commander in Chief of His Majesty's Ships and Vessels employed and to be employed at Barbados the Leeward Islands and Sea adjacent, to Richard Peacock of HMS Gaiete. Hereby appointed Captain of HMS Arab - Captain James Bradby of HMS Andromeda deceased.
