Covering letter for the enclosed order from Admiral Archibald Collingwood Dickson directing him to bring to England, Lord Carysfort [John Proby, 1st Earl of Carysfort] and his Family which were at that time supposed at Hamburgh or Cuxhaven. He requests directions be given for him to be paid the sum allowed on that service.
