Folios 183-184: enclosure with folios 181-182. Letter dated 28 July 1801 by George Parker, HMS Santa Margarita, Spithead, to the Admiralty. States Admiral Mark Milbanke having refused to send his letter requesting three days leave of absence. He is under the necessity of applying direct to their Lordships to grant his request.
