Folios 177-178: George Parker, HMS Santa Margarita, Plymouth Sound. States Mr J A Simpson Master's Mate of HMS Santa Margarita having been acting as Lieutenant from 10 September 1800to 25 November 1800 by his order in consequence of the absence of Lieutenant Banks. He requests an order for the Navy Board to pay him by Bill for the time he was Acting.
