Folios 175-176: George Parker, HMS Santa Margarita, Plymouth Sound. States from the report of a Survey taken by Captain Charles Henry Lane, Captain Robert Cuthbert and Captain Charles Otter on the Ships Company of HMS Santa Margarita there appears to be several Able Seamen short of the number established by the Admiralty. He requests an order for 12 Able Seamen [to be] discharged from HMS Cambridge to be returned to HMS Santa Margarita.
