Folios 170-171: George Parker, HMS Santa Margarita, Plymouth Sound. Informs that Mr Stephen Dyer Boatswain of HMS Santa Margarita was left at Menorca by not returning from his leave. He requests the appointment of another Boatswain. He recommends Mr Robert Penmer[?] (who has been Acting Boatswain of HMS Santa Margarita since Mr Stephen Dyer was left at Menorca and who has been upwards of six years in the Ship).
