Folios 166-167: George Parker, HMS Santa Margarita, Plymouth Sound. Informs that since his arrival at this place he has received directions from Charles William Paterson of HMS St Fiorenzo [HMS San Fiorenzo] to return to Falmouth with the ships bound to the Coast of Portugal and to give their Masters directions not to leave that anchorage " till they receive further instructions" but in consequence of the Order he has this day received from their Lordship's he shall take the Convoy Instructions from them and acquaint the respective Masters that they are not to proceed to Portugal till they receiver further instructions. He encloses [not present] a Lit of the vessels bound to Portugal.
