Folios 148-149: William Parker, HMS Helder, Deptford. Reports that HMS Helder would be ready to be paid off tomorrow was she not detained on account of the Spirits, and although application was made to the Victualling Board on 22 December 1801 to take the necessary steps for their removal, they have not received any directions respecting them.
