Folios 229-230: Nathaniel Portlock, Gosport. Asks that his son Henry Posney Portlock be admitted to the Royal Academy at Portsmouth. His son was born in November 1790 and he refers to the enclosure.
Folios 231-232: enclosure with folios 229-230. Dated 15 November 1800, signed William Burney, a covering note.
Folio 232A: enclosure with folios 229-230. A certificate of baptism carried out on 30 April 1790 at Gosport Chapel.
