Folios 227-228: Nathaniel Portlock, 448 Strand, London. Expresses surprise at an impress placed on his account for HMS Arrow after the purser bought wine in Guernsey. Both Portlock and the purser were assured by Mr Fraser that wine was routinely purchased to Naval vessels. Further details follow.
