Folios 7-8: Benjamin Page, HMS Inflexible, Chatham. They are nearly ready to sail to Blackstakes, but he has no Officers other than a junior Lieutenant. Captain Hood, HMS Zealous, has been very helpful and they will complete the rigging once the 120 men are released from HMS Active. Vice Admiral MacKeroff, the Russian Vice Admiral, has lent 300 men and they have also had help from HMS Polyphemus and Raisonable.
