Folios 290-291: Peter Puget, HMS Temeraire, Blackstakes. Midshipman Robert Kingston was discharged from HMS Venus into HMS Tromp on 20 March 1799 to be under his care. The following day he was superceded from that ship amd HMS Tromp sailed for Ireland immediately so he could not join her. Requests that he may be allowed to enter him on the books of his ship on 28 March [1799].
