Folios 238-239: William Allen Proby, HMS Danae. Mark Noble, late Boatswain and Andrew Flynn, late Master at Arms of HMS Danae are still on board. Some time ago he was directed to discharge them into the first guard ship he fell in with as disposable supernumeraries, but Sir Thomas Pasley informs him he cannot take them without an Admiralty order.
