Folios 232-233: William Allen Proby, HMS Danae. Asks for a warrant for Bartholomew Quin, who has been doing duty as Master of Arms of HMS Danae. As a result of a complaint he made against the previous Master at Arms he was asked to recommend a fit person to supercede Andrew O'Flynn. He mentioned Bartholomew Quin and was told their Lorships have signed a warrant for Andrew Flynn and wish him to discharge the late Master at Arms into the first guard ship he meets, which must be a mistake.
