Folios 224-225: William Allen Proby, HMS Danae, St Helier. He has sent Mark Noble in HMS Seaflower to be put on board the guard ship there. John Chubb never took his warrant from the Clerk of the Cheque's office. He assumes his declaration of his wish to resign is sufficient. Requests the appointment of another Carpenter.
