Folios 203-204: Charles Papps Price, HMS Badger, Isles St Marcou. He has had to send HMS Champion to Portsmouth for provisions. He sent HMS Grand Falkener [Falconer] there 14 days ago and she has not returned. The cutter promised to Mr Windham has not yet joined him. The Rose is on the west side of the peninsula with powder and arms so he is at a loss to supply the correspondence. Requests that the Commander in Chief or some other Officer at Portsmouth enforces his orders for them to return.
