Folios 201-202: Charles Papps Price, HMS Badger, Isles St Marcou. HMS Grappler was blown over to Portsmouth. While she was there [St Marcou] she checked the convoys considerably, but they have since begun to pass by in parties of 2 or 3 gun vessels with 5 to 7 sloops. If she returns with one other he could put a stop to the convoys or annoy them very much. He has sent the Grand Falkener [Falconer] with 2 French Officers to Mr Windham. He badly needs the tender he applied for.
