Folios 153-154: Charles Papps Price, HMS Badger, Isles St Marcou. Asks for directions for the lug sail boat fitted for HMS Sandfly last summer at Portsmouth to be sent to HMS Badger, and he will send a party of men to navigate her over by the next tender. Explains his reasons. He has not seen or heard from Lieutenant Riddle in the Rose tender since 23 April [1799].
