Folios 141-142: Charles Papps Price, HMS Badger, Isles St Marcou. He has sent HMS Champion hired tender to Portsmouth with papers and letters received today from the coast for Mr Wyndham and has enclosed the state and condition of HMS Badger and HMS Sandfly. Joseph Patrick, John O'Connor and Thomas James, Marine Serjeants, are still suspended pending their Lordship's decision.
