Report that a muster book is missing from the accounts which Captain Israel Pellew wishes to pass for HMS Cleopatra between July 1798 and July 1799. He believes it has gone astray on its way from America, where he has been for some time. Ask if this book can be dispensed with until they can ask him for a duplicate.
